Film Critique: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014

Appareled in April O'Neil's trademark yellow -- or a yellow jacket, anyway -- Megan Fox stares down at a table of arms in the latest image from Jonathan Liebesman's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The new photo comes up almost exactly three months ahead of the live-action film's expected arrival in theaters. For those trying to get a peek at what's going on that table, here's a closer look. Are those ninja and sai among st those weapons we're seeing? And based on the lighting situation, including what appears to be some light coming up from above, and the dingy ground, she may be in a basement or the swears someplace.

This new picture follows the lately released new laggard, which gives us a improve look at the Turtles' faces. And if you haven't seen it, this photograph also went up over at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Facebook page and shows Megan Fox teamed up with Will Arnett. Weapons in hand and bodies in the background! And it may be worth remarking that April's dressed in the exact same outfit here as she is in the new photo. Then again, it looks like we may be checking a lot of that gray T-shirt in this motion picture, and I'm pretty sure she's in the yellow jacket in all of the scenes in the house trailer.

Boasting a cast that lets in Alan Richton, Noel Fisher, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploezek, Megan Fox, Will Arnett, William Fichte and Danny Woodburn, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will have the four Ninjas-trained turtles -- Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael -- and their senses, Master Splinter, combating evil in New York. TMNT will arrive in theaters August 8. See where Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles diminished on Gabe's Summer Box Office Predictions list hither.

Booyakasha Are you ready for the latest 3D TMNT Motion picture trailer? We’ve got the exclusive first look, assure it out hither:

Many have been fearing the live-action reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles later on Michael Bay announced he'd be developing it. But even after a slate of fan-infuriating bombshells deteriorated, things got worse when we began to see footage of exactly how altered the appearance of the heroes on a half beat have been. The latest trailer gets us up close and personal with Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Raphael. And it's not reasonably. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Face card page degenerated the vied up top, which has a front end and final shots committed directly from the antecedent released trailer. However, the middle gives us fighter close-ups of each of the titular turtle crew. And oh man. It's even worse than we reverenced.

First up is Michelangelo, the lovable goofball of the Teen Mutant Ninja Turtles. We got a look at him in the last trailer, with and minus the mask. Little did we experience this was the tip of the iceberg lettuce. The novel house trailer also gives us a improve lit look at Mikey, and with it we learn he favors surfer dude jewelry. Leonardo looks better. He's brawny, intense, and oozes mystique backbit by the sweetheart of New York City's Empire State Building. But he loses some of his bravado in this close-up, looking more like a grouchy old man than a fearsome Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtle. Raphael is still keeping his length, so all we get is this shot of him readying for battle.Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is comic opera theaters on August 8th.

Same it or not, Megan Fox is April O'Neil, the fearless and open-minded human being buddy of the titular teens of Teen Mutant Ninja Turtles live auctioneer. But she's claiming nerd crud on this one, insisting she's enjoyed the turtles since she was a child, just like the rest of us. Hey, she loved them sufficiency to reunite with Michael Bay, a movie maker she public ally compared to Adolf Hitler. So that should say somewhat right? But the Turtles aren't the finish of her cartoon-centric dreams.

Talking to EW, Fox was quickly to praise the new guidance Bay, who serves as producer, and manager Jonathan Liebesman have Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Yup, that includes the CGI makeovers that had fans of the animated cartoon show exclaiming foul. But for Fox, the focusing is the changes made to April to make the spunky heroine better-suited to 2014. Aside from trading her signature yellow jumpsuit and red momentum for a yellow leather crown work and long raven locks, Fox declares: "She’s more of a leader when she explores her relations with the turtles instead of just the human fellow that gets dragged along on the run a risk. It’s more typical of a modern woman."
